Vampires are real.
(See my recent post: Vampires – Monsters or Myth, subculture or Lifestyle 4/14/17 http://www.kathykuligblog.com/?p=553). I mentioned psychic vampires in that post and thought I’d offer a means to protect yourself from them. You probably cross paths with psychic vampires every day and don’t even know it. And your interaction with them can possibly harm you, make you tired, drained and maybe sick. They may not even know they’re doing it.
A psychic vampire is a human or a non-human entity (phantom-like) who feeds on your psychic or lifeforce energy. They may draw this energy consciously, unconsciously and unintentionally.
Have you ever been around a person who made you feel tired or drained every time you were near them? He or she may be a psychic vampire. Their emotional makeup or troubled life or aura can create a situation where you’re vulnerable/susceptible to have your energy drawn off. Like opening a dam to allow a river flow. Your energy could be flowing into that person, and you could become weakened by it, even ill.
Many psychic vampires don’t even know they are psychic vampires and don’t realizing they’re causing harm.
You can protect yourself from them.
Bars and public places are prone to contain psychic vampires.
How to Protect Yourself from Psychic Vampire Attacks
What I’m going to tell you may sound New Age-y, woo-woo-ish, and unbelievable because you can’t see it. But it does work. Just like you can’t see gravity, or see a sound wave, you accept their presence and know they work. It’s a law of nature. Learning to focus energy for protection takes a little practice and concentration, but it’s not difficult.
Create a Protection Circle of White Light. It’s like mediation, but you don’t have to sit in a quiet space alone. You can do this at any time, even while driving or talking with someone.
- Take a few slow, deep breaths and count to yourself: In through your nose for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, then breathe out slowly through your mouth for a count of 4.
- As you continue to breathe, image white energy from the universe coming down through the top of your head like a water faucet and filling your body.
- This energy merges with yours, then streams out through the bottom of your feet then up and around your body, creating a white sphere or bubble around you.
- Tell yourself that no harm can penetrate this white sphere of energy. Do it whenever you feel scared or uncomfortable in a situation, or when around negative people.
I do this every time I get in a car and when I go into a bar or club. I’m also a part time bartender so I do it every time I go to work.
This doesn’t mean you’ll be protected from anything! Use common sense. Don’t go walking alone into a bad neighborhood at 2:00 in the morning. Walk away from dangerous situations and be an alert driver.
This white light can sometimes be seen by sensitive people. I was at a cocktail party at a writer’s conference, feeling a bit vulnerable. Lots of mixed energies and I didn’t want to be inadvertently drained. I invoked a sphere of white light. Someone walked up to me and mentioned they noticed I knew how to work with white light!!
Try it next time you have to deal with that difficult person and see if you feel less drained, maybe energized after speaking with them.
